Piano Masterclass. Tuesday 11th March 2025 at 6.30pm - 8.30pm
This year we are presenting a Piano Masterclass. This is for all grade abilities… everyone looks to grow and improve as a pianist no matter how experienced.
The Masterclass will be led by Caroline Diffley, our adjudicator, and will take place on Tuesday 11th March at 6.30pm in the Church.
If you wish to perform and be tutored in your piece £10.00 for 15 mins plus the opportunity to watch the whole masterclass
If you simply wish to watch the masterclass £5.00 for the 2hr session.

THURSDAY 13th March 2025 6.30pm. TMC
For the first time The Cornwall Music Festival has teamed up with Truro Rotary Club to stage a ‘Rotary Club of Truro, Boscawen, Young Musician Award 2025.
The Competition is open to all young people from anywhere in Cornwall. It is divided into two categories
-
Under 15 and b) 15 - 19 years.
There are two prizes available: Under 15… £50.00
15 – 19 yrs….£100.00
It is an open competition on any instrument or voice. Performances must not exceed 4 minutes.
If necessary, semi finals will be staged during the week.
There is no entry fee for the competition.

The adjudicators for the competition will be David Hendry, who has adjudicated the local and district heats of the Rotary International Competition for over 6 years and Elizabeth Brazier a Biff adjudicator and examiner for the ABRCM
